The following services are included with your hosting:

Access to a web hosting control panel dedicated to your site or client account
Assistance with configuring sub-domains and site aliases on our hosting
Assistance with initial installation of WordPress, if required
Assistance with first time setup of new mailboxes and desktop configuration settings (mobile device configuration is chargeable support)
Assistance with email flow and delivery issues in so far as we can ascertain issues from internal server logs
Assistance with mailbox size limit issues
Assistance with DNS settings if configured on our hosting platform (setting up DNS to point to other hosting or external services not included)

Full IT Support services are available at standard rates for issues otherwise normally serviced by your IT support
